The BBE salesperson was helpful when I called to ask about the stacking kit (optional accessory). Product arrived fine. However, setting up the Wi-Fi connection through the hOn App was a bit tricky and the instructions weren't super clear. Machine works well, but the smart features took effort to activate. 3 stars for the hassle.
I usually worry about machine drying my expensive knits, but the Woolmark certification gave me confidence. The gentle low temperature drying really preserves the fabric texture and prevents shrinkage. Gives my clothes a nice fluffy vibe after drying. Highly satisfied with the quality. ✨
Checked the specs carefully before buying. A++ energy rating is legit. The low-temp drying from the heat pump tech is miles better than traditional condenser dryers, really protects synthetics. Only drawback is the cycle time is slightly longer, but worth it for the energy saving.
We stacked this with our washing machine. The 490mm depth is perfect for HK flats. The best part is how quiet it runs, even at night! Previously our old combo dryer sounded like a plane taking off 😂. CS helped confirm the stacking kit model number. Highly recommend this brand.
I bought this mainly for my winter knits. I was sceptical about drying wool, but the Woolmark program is really gentle. The low temp drying keeps the texture soft, not crunchy like my old machine. It’s worth the investment just for this feature. Design is clean and minimal. ✨

Must-have for new parents! The 7KG capacity handles all the baby clothes and towels easily. The hOn App is super useful for setting it to run when electricity is cheaper, or starting it remotely. Delivered in 2 days. Perfect condition.
