This appliance comes with a 1-Year Full Warranty and a 3-Year Warranty on Parts. Please note that the warranty on parts excludes the glass panel and burner rack. The 3-year parts warranty also includes 1 year of free on-site service covering testing, labour, transportation, and installation. Surcharges may apply for remote locations and scaffolding services if required.
The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse or accidents, including blockages or obstructions caused by poor cleaning of the stove, transportation damage, or other accidental causes.
