Installation
Washing Machine Installation & Delivery Notes
Basic Installation Arrangement
- For front-load / top-load washing machines, the agent will provide free installation, including connecting the water inlet hose, drain hose, removing the transit bolts and connecting to a 13A plug socket.
- If direct power connection is required, commonly known as hardwiring, some agents may charge an additional fee.
- Washing machine delivery and installation must be scheduled on two separate days and cannot be completed on the same day.
- Installation service is provided by the sole agent. The installation date and time are subject to the technician's appointment with the customer; installation may be arranged on another day or delayed depending on the situation.
Dimensions & Handling
- Please pay attention to the washing machine dimensions to avoid installation failure due to incorrect size estimation.
- Some listed depths do not include the water hose and door thickness.
- If placing the unit under a kitchen cabinet, please pay attention to the height.
- If the washing machine needs to be lifted over obstacles, through a narrow passage, or over blocked areas before being placed at the designated location, an additional charge is required; please state this when placing the order.
