The oven itself is fine, but the logistics were terrible. Delivery was delayed by 3 days, which messed up my contractor schedule. Installation is tricky as it's built-in; definitely check the manual for the dimensions carefully!

Delivery time was very punctual, thanks BBE. I chose this model mainly because of the 4-layer glass door. My kids always touch the oven door when it's running, so safety is super important. It really helps keep the surface cool.

70L capacity is great for big batches. I use the Hot Air function (循環熱風) for my sourdough, temperature control is very precise. Packaging was super secure, no dents at all. Highly recommend for serious bakers! ✨
