Important Installation & Warranty Information
Drainage Requirement: For optimal performance and to maintain warranty validity, it is crucial to provide an outside drainage solution for this inverter window type AC with heat pump. This must be facilitated by a drain pan and drain water accessory. Failure to do so may void the agent's warranty.
Installation Feasibility and Space: Please pay close attention to the installation feasibility. Ensure the installation site has sufficient space for proper cooling and to prevent overheating, which can lead to machine malfunctions. Allow a distance of no less than 1 meter behind the outlets at the back of the air conditioner and no less than 15 cm at both sides (inlets) of the air conditioner.
