The reason I chose this GREE model is purely the outdoor unit size. My balcony ledge is super narrow, so the slim dimensions (428mm height) were a lifesaver for installation. BBE arranged the delivery quickly, and the installer said this mini unit is much easier to handle in tight HK spaces. Cooling power is strong enough for my 100 sq ft room. Recommended for small flats!

Standard 9000 BTU cooling, nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done. The main selling point for me is the 5-year compressor warranty; that gives good peace of mind for a product that needs to last. I wish the indoor unit design was a bit more modern, though. It’s acceptable for the price point, but not a premium look.

BBE delivery was impressively fast, ordered in the morning and it arrived the next day. Bought this for my small retail shop. The 2HP cooling power is very strong and cools down the place quickly even with customers coming in and out. It's a bit loud, but for a commercial space, it's totally acceptable. Great value.

Excellent experience with BBE. The customer service patiently answered all my questions about installation before I purchased. The installation team was very professional and tidy. The AC itself is a beast! Cools my entire living room in minutes and is very quiet. The Grade 1 energy label is a big plus.

Smooth checkout process on BBE. I like the I FEEL function best. The sensor on the remote actually makes the temperature control much more accurate compared to older units where the thermostat is only in the indoor unit. Very smart feature. Great performance!
