Installation under the sink was smooth. The 2.5 gpm flow rate is fantastic compared to our previous desktop filter. BBE customer service was also responsive when confirming the cartridge model FF101. Solid purchase.

Delivery took three days, slightly slower than expected, but the unit works well. No weird chlorine smell in the tap water anymore. Very satisfied with the overall build quality.
