CS was very helpful confirming the adapter size before I ordered. Installation took literally five minutes. The clear window indicator makes it simple to monitor when to change it. Highly recommended for small Hong Kong kitchens!

The filter works well, and water flow is surprisingly strong. However, my faucet needed the included adapter which felt a bit plasticky. Delivery was prompt though, overall good value for a Japanese-made cartridge.
