This is my first time buying appliances online. I was worried about the power requirement, but BBE customer service explained everything clearly before I purchased. The control panel is very user-friendly, simple 3 buttons, even my grandma can use it easily. Very satisfied!

Performance is stable due to the electronic constant temperature control. Hot water flow is consistent. However, need to remind buyers this is 18kW, make sure your flat has 3-phase wiring! I contacted CS before buying and they were helpful confirming the specs.

雖然話有快速安裝，但係師傅都搞咗好耐先裝好。個恆溫係幾好，但係電費真係貴咗少少，可能我住舊樓，個電錶負荷大咗好多。買之前要計清楚個 watts！
