The BBE salesperson was helpful when I called to ask about the stacking kit (optional accessory). Product arrived fine. However, setting up the Wi-Fi connection through the hOn App was a bit tricky and the instructions weren't super clear. Machine works well, but the smart features took effort to activate. 3 stars for the hassle.

香港地方細，之前一直都係晾衫，但一到回南天就好慘。呢部機夠薄身（490mm），擺落個角落位fit哂！熱泵機真係慳電好多，啲衫乾咗又唔會硬身。送貨快，包裝好secure。CP值爆燈！👍

以前回南天啲衫真係晾到發霉味，焗死人！而家每日都有熱辣辣、乾爽嘅衫著，好感動😭。部機唔使駁水喉，淨係倒水箱就OK，好適合我哋老人家用。謝謝BBE送貨員，態度好好。

Drying performance is good, but it takes longer than my old vented dryer. The hOn app sometimes struggles to connect, which is a bit annoying. For the price, it's a decent heat pump model, but not perfect.
