The internal heating element and cooling fan ensure the temp is uniform, which is critical. The 240-minute timer is perfect. Great quality product, worth the investment if you host often.

Bought this mainly for baking. The 30-75C range is perfect for fermentation. I set it at 35C and the dough proofs perfectly every time, super consistent heating! BBE arranged the delivery and installation consultation quickly. No more unstable DIY proofing setup. Highly recommend to all home bakers.

Purchased based on the specs. The 45kg load capacity is impressive; very solid construction. CS was helpful confirming the dimensions and power draw pre-purchase. The electronic control for temp (30-75C) is precise, unlike cheaper models. Good integration with my smart kitchen system.

A bit pricey, to be honest. But after using it for pre-warming plates for a dinner party, the dining experience was totally different. Setup instructions in the manual were a bit confusing, had to search YouTube. Overall performance is good, but the CP值 is just average la.

The Linear Series design is top-tier. We bought it to match our SMEG oven and microwave, and it fits perfectly into the 60cm cutout. Delivery was next day which was great. The matte stainless steel finish looks super clean.
