I'm impressed by the aviation-grade aluminum casing. It feels much sturdier than my previous smart lock. The C-class cylinder provides that extra layer of security I was looking for. BBE's website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was seamless. Very satisfied with the X10.

Great service from BBE. The salesperson explained the virtual password feature clearly, which gives me peace of mind. The alarm functions are a great security bonus. It's a solid lock for the price, though I wish it came with more than two cards. Overall, a good purchase.

The product is okay, but the fingerprint sensor can be a bit picky if your hands are slightly wet. Delivery was on time, but the outer box was a bit dented. It works fine for now, and the emergency Type-C port is a thoughtful design feature.
