買之前喺BBE個chat問咗好多關於安裝嘅問題，CS都好有耐性答。新屋入伙，有小朋友所以好注重空氣質素，呢部機有UV-C又有HEPA filter，感覺安心好多。變頻夠靜，唔會嘈親BB瞓覺。

Packaging was solid. The A/C cools the room quickly, which is the main thing. However, found the Wi-Fi app setup a bit confusing and don't really use it. It's a good machine, just not for smart-home people.

Very satisfied. The COP is decent for a 2HP window type and the R32 refrigerant is a plus. The golden fin condenser should hold up well against HK humidity. A solid, energy-efficient choice.

The air conditioner is very powerful. However, setting up the Wi-Fi was a bit of a hassle and the app is not very user-friendly. I just use the remote control now. It's fine for the price.
