Ordered on Monday and received it two days later. Setting up the diverter was very straightforward and required no tools. Noticeable difference in water taste for my morning coffee, no more chlorine smell. Very satisfied with BBE's service.

Replaced our old countertop filter with this under-sink unit. The 0.5 micron filtration gives great peace of mind, and the flow rate is decent for daily cooking and drinking. CS was responsive when I inquired about installation dimensions.
