3M™Water Dispenser

Bought this bundle with the ID3Complete filter. The water tastes noticeably better without any chlorine smell. Easy to set up and the different heat presets are handy for making baby formula. BBE customer service was also very responsive when scheduling delivery.

The DIYComplete filter installation was fairly straightforward. BBE customer service helped verify fitting dimensions beforehand. Instant hot water without repeated boiling tastes much fresher, and the dark grey matches our modern kitchen vibe.

Water tastes noticeably cleaner thanks to the 3M filter and UV sterilizer. The matte dark grey aesthetic fits perfectly into our modern open kitchen. BBE customer service was also very helpful with dispatch details.

Replaced our traditional electric kettle with this unit. Great purchase from BBE with next-day dispatch. It heats up in seconds with no plastic taste. Very user-friendly interface even for the elderly at home.

Delivery took just two days. The heating element is great, though water volume seems to have a slight variance as stated in manual. Still very satisfied with the built-in UV sterilization feature.

Got this to replace my old distilled water dispenser. Love that it has UV sterilization built-in alongside the 3M filter, gives extra peace of mind. Delivery was prompt and tracking was clear.

Water comes out fast, but the 95°C mode feels slightly cooler than expected. CS explained ambient temp affects it. Overall acceptable build quality and nice 3-year warranty.
