Excellent product. The 21000 BTU is perfect for a large living room. The R32 refrigerant is a plus for being environmentally friendly. Very quiet operation thanks to the inverter technology.

Very quiet compared to my old non-inverter AC, which is perfect for my home office. The inverter keeps the temperature stable without constant on/off noise. BBE delivery was next-day too.

The R32 refrigerant is more eco-friendly which I appreciate. The cooling performance is stable thanks to the inverter. A bit louder than a split type but acceptable for a window unit.

Cooling power is strong, but the unit is a bit louder than I expected, especially the auto-swing motor. The design is also very standard. Does the job, but not amazing.
