BBE 嘅 CS 好有禮貌，答得好詳細。試咗個發酵功能嚟整麵包，效果幾驚喜，發得好靚。1L 水箱唔使成日加水，比起舊嗰部方便好多。Highly recommended for home bakers!

Bought this for its baking function. The hot air convection is very even, cakes come out perfectly. The max temp of 230°C is a little low for some sourdough recipes, but for general baking it's excellent.

Oven performance is good, but the Wi-Fi setup was a bit frustrating. Took a few tries to connect. Also, the 1L water tank needs frequent refilling for longer steaming sessions. Overall it's okay.
