Absolutely phenomenal oven. BBE's sales team answered all my technical questions pre-purchase. The evenness of the heat is on another level; my sourdough loaves have never had better oven spring. The core temperature probe is a game-changer for roasts, takes all the guesswork out. A worthy investment.

The Gaggenau 400 series is a masterpiece. The sous-vide function is incredibly precise, and the results are restaurant-quality. Delivery was professional and the installation team from BBE was very careful. Highly recommended for serious home chefs.

The oven itself is 5-star quality. However, the Home Connect feature is a bit of a letdown. The app was buggy to set up and the remote start function is limited. I bought it partially for the smart features, so a bit disappointed there.

The Pyrolytic self-cleaning system works like magic. No more scrubbing after roasting a whole chicken. The TFT touch display is very intuitive and user-friendly. Best investment for our new kitchen renovation project.

第一次買咁貴嘅電器，有啲緊張，好彩包裝得好穩陣。個TFT display好靚，但初頭見到17個功能真係有啲驚。不過用落又幾user-friendly，個自動開門都好有型。

買咗呢款400 series真係冇後悔，個automatic door opening好型，唔使手拉。BBE嘅師傅安裝得好細心，仲教埋我點用Home Connect。雖然貴少少但值得。
