Finally upgraded to Gaggenau. The 3-point core temperature probe is truly amazing, achieving restaurant-level Sous-vide results without a separate water bath. The precision control on the steam percentage is a game-changer for roasting meat and keeping it super juicy. Installation was smooth, but remember to plan the LAN connection properly, it’s worth the effort for the smart features.

This oven is a game-changer for home sous-vide and precise roasting. The three-point core temperature probe is extremely accurate, and the dedicated low-temp cooking mode handles delicate cuts flawlessly. Delivery was quick, and the unit arrived securely packed. High-end equipment with professional results. Highly recommend this model.

This oven is a major upgrade. The installation was complicated because of the flush fit, but BBE coordinated the service very smoothly. The side-opening door (110°C angle) is a game-changer for my narrow kitchen island, making it so much easier to handle big roasting trays. Aesthetics are top-tier, looks perfectly integrated.

This is a premium smart appliance. I can pre-heat the oven on my way home using Home Connect, and the automatic door opening feature is pure luxury. Installation was professional and quick. The connectivity is very stable (using the recommended LAN port is a plus!). Totally elevates the whole cooking experience. ✨

Delivery was next day, super efficient BBE service. I bought this mainly for the Home Connect function. Being able to pre-heat the oven on the MTR ride home is a lifesaver. The self-cleaning/descaling program is essential for a steam oven, saves so much hassle. A bit pricey, but the convenience justifies the cost.
