Warranty Information
6-Year Warranty
- First Year: Includes on-site inspection fee.
- Second Year Onwards: A charge for on-site inspections will apply. If the machine is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with a new one under warranty.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by human error, improper use, or incorrect installation is not covered by the warranty.
Installation & Pre-Purchase Guide
Installation Requirements
- A dedicated 13A electrical socket is required under the kitchen sink.
- Approximately 50cm x 50cm of clear space is needed under the sink.
- The sinkhole should have an inner diameter of 90mm and an outer diameter of 115mm.
- A 33mm hole on the countertop is required for installing the air switch.
Pre-Purchase Recommendations
To ensure compatibility, we recommend providing photos of the following before purchase:
- The position of the kitchen countertop sink.
- The drain beneath the sink.
- The interior space and power supply position under the kitchen sink.
An on-site measurement service is available for HK$250 (payable on-site). This fee is applicable even if installation is deemed impossible after assessment. Additional charges apply for remote areas.
Usage and Care
What to Grind
- Small amounts of hard materials like small bones, fruit pits, and ice to help clean the grind chamber.
- Citrus fruit peels (lemon, orange) to help freshen the drain.
What to Avoid Grinding
- Large amounts of grease, oil, or fat.
- Hard shells (e.g., oyster, clam), raw meat with bones, or hair.
- Very fibrous materials like corn husks, durian shells, or sugarcane residue.
- Non-food waste such as glass, plastic, metal, or wood.
Important Usage Tips
- Always run cold water before and during the operation of the disposer, and for a few seconds after grinding is complete.
- Avoid using hot water while grinding.
- Do not overload the disposer; feed food waste in gradually.
- For safety, never insert hands or fingers into the disposer.
