BBE delivery was smooth and the installer was very professional. The handle-less design (無把手) is the main reason I chose Gaggenau. It completely matches my minimalist kitchen vibe. The quality of the Flat White is amazing, totally café standard! Worth the investment just for the aesthetics and convenience.

The built-in design is absolutely perfect! It matches my kitchen cabinets seamlessly, really giving that luxury touch (高級感). The 19 bar pressure makes the espresso crema super thick. BBE delivery was professional and careful when handling such a big appliance. Worth every dollar!

The UI is super user-friendly, setting up my preferred espresso shot was quick. I love the memory function—saving 8 personalized settings is a game-changer when my family all drink different strengths. Instant heating system is also very fast. High CP value for a luxury brand. 👍

The coffee quality is top-notch, truly professional. But buyers beware: the installation fee and required cabinet modification added a lot to the overall cost. It's a premium product, but the hassle of fitting it was much more than I expected. Delivery was on time though.

I double-checked the cabinet dimensions with BBE customer service before buying. They were very helpful (CS好幫手), confirming the exact cutout size. It fitted perfectly into the standard cavity (450 x 560 mm). The design is sleek, blends right in. No regrets.

I like having full control over my brew. The ability to adjust the temperature (3 levels) and grind consistency (4 settings) really lets me fine-tune the flavour of different beans. The 19 bar pressure is solid. A serious machine for serious coffee drinkers.

The bean hopper and water tank size (500g/2.4L) are excellent, means less refilling. But the maintenance cycle is quite frequent, especially the descaling reminder. CS explained the auto-cleaning process well though. Good machine, just high maintenance.

We bought this for the executive pantry. The capacity (2.5L tank, 1kg beans) is excellent for high usage. The ceramic grinder is noticeably quiet compared to our old machine, which is a huge plus in an office setting. Highly reliable machine so far.
