新屋裝修揀咗好耐，最後揀Gaggenau果然無錯。個不銹鋼frame好有質感，Twist-Pad設計真係好user-friendly又靚。最緊要係成塊爐面冇任何掣，清潔超方便。BBE送貨都好準時，夾到師傅安裝時間。

The build quality is excellent, and the flame control is undeniably precise. However, it's very expensive for a two-burner hob. For my simple daily cooking, I'm not sure I can justify the premium price. It's good, but maybe overkill for me.

The Flex function is a game-changer for my long griddle pan. Heats evenly across the entire surface. The Booster function is also incredibly powerful, boils a large pot of water in no time. Perfect for a serious home chef.

買之前問過BBE CS啲火力問題，答得好詳細。個爐火力真係好正，9段火力調校好精準，炆嘢煲湯完全無問題。大爐頭夠晒鑊氣，炒出嚟嘅小菜好食好多！一分錢一分貨。

裝修新廚房揀咗好耐，最後揀 Gaggenau 果然無錯。5.8kW 火力真係好夠，炒出嚟嘅小菜夠晒鑊氣。9段火力控制好精準，慢火燉嘢都無問題。法國製造，quality有保證。

舊嗰個爐用咗十年，換咗呢個Gaggenau先知咩叫好用！單手點火好方便，個鑄鐵架好穩陣，放個重煲上去都唔會搖。火力又夠猛，整體experience好好多！👍

價錢係貴，但火力控制真係好精準。初頭有啲唔慣個Twist-Pad有17段火，要時間適應。買之前問咗BBE CS好多安裝問題，都答得好詳細。整體滿意嘅。
