The inner flame technology is amazing. Heat is concentrated in the center, so cooking is much faster. Safety cutoff works well, giving peace of mind. Delivery from BBE was on time and the customer service helped coordinate the gas company installation perfectly.

The 'boost' function is excellent for getting that 'wok hei' in stir-fries. Heats up almost instantly. The slider control is responsive and gives precise temperature management which is crucial for my cooking. Very impressed with the performance.

Good stove but the battery compartment for electronic ignition is a bit hard to reach under my cabinet. The glass top looks nice, but gets fingerprinted easily. BBE customer service was helpful, though delivery took a day longer than expected.

The hob looks great and the heat control is precise. BBE's customer service was very helpful in coordinating the gas installation with Towngas. Only downside is the glass top gets fingerprints easily, but easy to wipe clean anyway. Good buy!

幫屋企老人家換爐，呢款有安全熄火裝置，用得安心。細心位係中間個細爐頭，用嚟慢火燉嘢食或者煲薑醋啱啱好，唔怕好似以前雙頭爐咁一係太大火一係無位用。

The flat glass surface is very easy to wipe clean, much better than my old gas stove. However, the touch controls are a bit too sensitive for me, sometimes I press the wrong setting. It takes some getting used to.

The 5.2kW heating power is incredible for cooking Chinese stir-fry with great 'wok hei'. The removable burner design also makes cleaning grease super easy. Highly recommend for home chefs.
