The combination of traditional knobs and smart tech is perfect. The rectangular cooking area allows for much more flexibility than standard round zones, especially for my Teppanyaki plate. Exceptional build quality that justifies the premium price.

The flex induction zones are a lifesaver for my weekend brunch prep. I can use a massive griddle across the whole left side without any cold spots. Suction is surprisingly quiet even on high. BBE delivery was on point and very professional.
