The build quality is excellent, and the flame control is undeniably precise. However, it's very expensive for a two-burner hob. For my simple daily cooking, I'm not sure I can justify the premium price. It's good, but maybe overkill for me.

買之前問過BBE CS啲火力問題，答得好詳細。個爐火力真係好正，9段火力調校好精準，炆嘢煲湯完全無問題。大爐頭夠晒鑊氣，炒出嚟嘅小菜好食好多！一分錢一分貨。

舊嗰個爐用咗十年，換咗呢個Gaggenau先知咩叫好用！單手點火好方便，個鑄鐵架好穩陣，放個重煲上去都唔會搖。火力又夠猛，整體experience好好多！👍

Specified this for a client's open kitchen. The flush-mount installation looks incredibly sleek and integrated. The 3mm steel and solid knobs feel very premium. Client is very happy.

火力真係冇得彈，用嚟炒餸堅有鑊氣。個黃銅爐頭好足料，睇落就知襟用。9段火力調校好精準，煲湯用慢火好穩定。BBE送貨師傅好準時。

Excellent build quality and powerful flame. My only issue is that it's a single hob, which can be limiting. But for its dedicated purpose as a wok burner, it's fantastic.

Price is on the high side, but the 'Made in France' quality is evident. The control knob feels very solid and professional. A good investment for serious cooks.

Bought this along with the Vario 200 induction hob. They fit together perfectly, looks very high-end and streamlined. The cast iron pan support is very stable.
