TGCWater Heater

Replaced my old heater with this ultra-thin model. The 75mm depth saved so much space in my laundry area. Water temp is extremely stable even when kitchen tap is running. Great service from BBE arranging the Town Gas technician.

The heater itself works fine, water temp is stable. But the buttons on the control panel are a bit small and feel cheap. The LED display could also be brighter. It's functional, but the user interface design could be improved.

Replaced my old bulky heater with this TGC model. The 75mm depth is incredible for saving space in HK flats. Customer service answered my installation queries promptly, and the water temperature remains remarkably stable.

The heater looks modern with the midnight black panel. Constant temperature works great down to 35°C for summer showers. Only complaint is scheduling the installation took an extra 2 days, but overall quality is solid.

Got the optional remote control installed in the bathroom. Super convenient to adjust the temperature without going to the kitchen. The digital display is a nice touch. A bit pricey but the user experience is top-notch.

The constant temperature control is a game-changer. I bought the optional remote control, which is super convenient for fine-tuning the temperature. A bit pricey with the add-on, but the performance is solid. Worth it.
