Ordering from BBE was smooth. This fan is a huge step up. The 'Natural Wind' mode feels great, not as harsh as a regular fan. The plastic feels a bit light, but for the performance, it's a solid product.

The dehumidifying power is strong, no complaints there. But it's louder than my old one, which is a bit annoying at night. Also, the continuous drain pipe is not included.
