BBE delivery was impressively fast, ordered in the morning and it arrived the next day. Bought this for my small retail shop. The 2HP cooling power is very strong and cools down the place quickly even with customers coming in and out. It's a bit loud, but for a commercial space, it's totally acceptable. Great value.

Cooling performance is strong, no complaints there. But the remote control feels very flimsy and cheap. Also, the fan-only mode is surprisingly weak even on the highest setting. It's okay, but not perfect.

Finally, a quiet window unit! My old one was so loud. This Gree inverter model is surprisingly quiet, even when the compressor kicks in. I can sleep much better now. Delivery was also very professional.
