The 2HP cooling power is very strong and cools down the place quickly even with customers coming in and out. It's a bit loud, but for a commercial space, it's totally acceptable. Great value.

Cooling performance is strong, no complaints there. But the remote control feels very flimsy and cheap. Also, the fan-only mode is surprisingly weak even on the highest setting. It's okay, but not perfect.
