DAIKIN 大金Cooling

BBE's customer service was helpful with the technical specs for my contractor. The slim body is perfect for Hong Kong's low ceilings. My client loves how the unit is completely hidden, maintaining the clean lines of their living room. Performance is solid, as expected from Daikin.

Delivery was so fast, bought yesterday, arrived today. I bought this 3/4 HP unit for my tenant's small room. The main thing is the 1st Grade Energy Label, which definitely saves on electricity bills. Inverter cooling is much more stable than the old on/off units. Great CP值.

The indoor unit has a very clean and simple design, looks great in our new flat. Doesn't feel bulky at all. BBE customer service was patient in answering my questions about installation beforehand. Cooling is fast and powerful enough for our living room.

The slim 200mm body was the main reason I chose this. It fits perfectly into our tight ceiling space without compromising the interior design. Impressively quiet operation. The pre-sales team was very helpful in confirming the specs before purchase.

The cooling is decent and it's quiet enough, but the Grade 4 energy rating is a major drawback. Expected better efficiency from a Daikin product. Acceptable for the price, but there are better options if you care about the electricity bill.

The air-con itself is powerful and cools the room quickly. However, the installation arranged via the platform was delayed by a day. The remote control also feels a bit cheap. Overall, product is good but service can be improved.

The online ordering process on BBE was smooth. The unit itself is fine, but it's a bit louder than my previous single-split unit when both indoor units are running at max speed. Acceptable for the price and convenience.

Opted for this model because of the R32 refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly. The inverter provides very stable temperature control, no more sudden chills. Performance is solid as expected from Daikin.

第一次喺BBE買電器，有少少擔心。我問咗CS好多關於3/4匹機嘅安裝問題，佢哋都好有耐性咁解答我。部機送到時包裝完整，等緊師傅上嚟裝。希望製冷效果好啦。
