CARRIER 開利Cooling

Just renovated my apartment and chose this model. The BBE team coordinated the delivery perfectly with my contractor. The heating function is a game-changer for HK winters. It’s super quiet and the Grade 1 energy label is a big plus for long-term savings. A solid investment.

Replaced my old fixed-frequency AC with this inverter model. Big difference in noise and electricity bill. Love the smart Wi-Fi feature, I can turn it on before reaching home during hot summer days. BBE delivery team was punctual too.

Replaced my old window unit with this Carrier 2.5HP. Inverter technology really makes a difference in electricity bills. Machine is quite bulky though, make sure your window frame can fit it. Excellent customer service from BBE.

Great experience with BBE. The delivery was punctual and the installation was professional. This 2.5HP unit is powerful enough for my living room, and the Wifi control is very user-friendly. Highly recommend for new homeowners!

The unit is quiet and cools well. However, we were disappointed that the Wi-Fi control requires an extra USB dongle that isn't included. The product page should make this clearer. For this price, it should be built-in.
