The primary reason I chose this lock is the security feature allowing me to delete a user's access remotely. If a phone is lost, I can secure the door instantly via the app. This provides excellent peace of mind.

The lock is solid, but the app connection for remote unlock can be a bit laggy sometimes. Also, it uses 8 AA batteries which feels a bit much. Overall it's okay, but not perfect.

The lock works, but the app can be a little slow to connect for remote unlocking. For the price, the features are okay, but not amazing. Acceptable la.

The Wi-Fi remote unlock is a game changer! I can let the cleaner in even when I'm at the office. The entry log in the app gives me peace of mind. 👍

Solid build quality and the fingerprint recognition is impressively fast. A very worthwhile upgrade for home security.

BBE delivery was super fast, ordered yesterday and it arrived today. The lock itself feels very sturdy and well-made.

Very sleek and modern design. The silver finish looks great on my new door. Fingerprint reader is very fast.

Installation was straightforward. The lock itself feels sturdy and works as advertised. No complaints.
