Excellent presales support from BBE checking the 10.8A current requirement for our old building. It runs a bit loud since it's a fixed-frequency model, but the 24000 Btu/h cooling is relentless. Perfect for sweaty gym sessions.

BBE customer service was incredibly patient with my endless installation questions. The R32 refrigerant really makes a difference. The café cools down almost instantly. Standard 1-year warranty gives peace of mind.
