GAGGENAU焗爐

Finally upgraded to Gaggenau. The 3-point core temperature probe is truly amazing, achieving restaurant-level Sous-vide results without a separate water bath. The precision control on the steam percentage is a game-changer for roasting meat and keeping it super juicy. Installation was smooth, but remember to plan the LAN connection properly, it’s worth the effort for the smart features.

This oven is a game-changer for home sous-vide and precise roasting. The three-point core temperature probe is extremely accurate, and the dedicated low-temp cooking mode handles delicate cuts flawlessly. Delivery was quick, and the unit arrived securely packed. High-end equipment with professional results. Highly recommend this model.

Finally upgraded to Gaggenau. The core temperature probe is a game-changer for roasting large joints! My sourdough bread crust is amazing now, thanks to the baking stone function. Installation was tricky due to the depth, but the installer BBE recommended was professional. Worth every single penny for this professional-grade machine.

The interface is fantastic. TFT display is super clear and user-friendly, unlike my old oven's confusing buttons. I’ve only tried 4 of the 13 modes so far, but the results for roasting vegetables (hot air setting) were superb. Quick heating feature is very efficient; no more 20-minute waits. High-end product, highly recommend.

The delivery was fast, but coordinating the installation of this built-in model required a call to CS. They were helpful though! The oven itself is superb. The 3-point core temperature probe is a game-changer for roasting large cuts of meat—the precision is definitely professional grade. Worth every dollar for serious cooking.

This oven is a major upgrade. The installation was complicated because of the flush fit, but BBE coordinated the service very smoothly. The side-opening door (110°C angle) is a game-changer for my narrow kitchen island, making it so much easier to handle big roasting trays. Aesthetics are top-tier, looks perfectly integrated.

CS answered my question about the installation requirements quickly. The oven heats up super fast, which is great. The five-layer glass door keeps the outside cool, very safe for kids. Only downside is there was a slight smell during the first few uses, but it faded away after the first Pyrolytic run. Good performance overall.

Delivery was super fast, got it the next day after ordering. This drawer is a serious upgrade for sous-vide prep. The 99% vacuum seal is essential for delicate proteins. It integrates perfectly below my oven, making the whole kitchen workflow so much smoother. Definitely worth the investment if you are serious about cooking.

The core temperature probe is insane. Sous-vide cooking is now so much easier than using a water bath. The 3-point sensor is super accurate, meaning my steak comes out perfect every single time. Delivery was smooth, the packaging was very secure for such a high-value item. Worth every penny for serious home chefs. 💯

The Home Connect function is so convenient. I can preheat the oven on my way home from the office. But the best part is the Pyrolytic self-cleaning system. After cooking a large roast, I just run the cycle and the whole thing is spotless. For busy people, this is a must-have feature, definitely saving me cleanup time.
