Absolutely phenomenal oven. BBE's sales team answered all my technical questions pre-purchase. The evenness of the heat is on another level; my sourdough loaves have never had better oven spring. The core temperature probe is a game-changer for roasts, takes all the guesswork out. A worthy investment.
The oven itself is 5-star quality. However, the Home Connect feature is a bit of a letdown. The app was buggy to set up and the remote start function is limited. I bought it partially for the smart features, so a bit disappointed there.
So expensive, it's better to wait for a rebate before I can afford it. Very convenient, with just one press I can heat up leftovers. The staff is really nice, they helped me choose the most suitable style!
