BBE delivery was impressively fast, ordered in the morning and it arrived the next day. Bought this for my small retail shop. The 2HP cooling power is very strong and cools down the place quickly even with customers coming in and out. It's a bit loud, but for a commercial space, it's totally acceptable. Great value.
The cooling performance is decent, but I'm a bit concerned about the Grade 4 energy label. I worry it might lead to a high electricity bill this summer. The initial price is attractive, but the running cost is a question mark.
Chose this for the R32 refrigerant, which is more eco-friendly than the old R410A. The inverter is efficient as expected. The app UI could be a bit more polished, but it's functional. A solid choice for the price.

買之前問咗CS好多嘢，都好有耐性答。部機裝咗喺BB房，真係好靜，開咗都唔覺。最近天氣潮濕，試埋個抽濕功能，效果好好，間房即刻乾爽晒，值得一讚！
Cooling performance is strong, no complaints there. But the remote control feels very flimsy and cheap. Also, the fan-only mode is surprisingly weak even on the highest setting. It's okay, but not perfect.

安裝師傅好細心，清走晒啲垃圾。最滿意係個Wi-Fi control，可以喺廳用手機幫小朋友房校啱溫度，唔使走入去嘈醒佢哋。個過濾系統感覺空氣都清新啲。😊
