About Metro Town

Metro Town is a residential development at Tiu Keng Leng Station, developed with Nan Fung, MTR and Cheung Kong and occupied in 2006–2007. Phase 1 Metro Town and Phase 2 Le Point are the two residential sections of the development.

Le Point names the second phase and distinguishes it from Phase 1 Metro Town. The shopping centre on King Ling Road and Tiu Keng Leng Station form its retail and transport connections.
