Impressed with the Grade 1 energy efficiency. The inverter is very quiet, perfect for my bedroom. Sleep mode works well. BBE customer service was helpful answering my questions about the R32 refrigerant before I bought it. Solid purchase.

第一次買冷氣，揀菱機係因為有三菱保養，感覺reliable啲。部機夠凍，開住auto mode都好舒服。希望個防銹塗層真係work，可以用得耐啲。BBE個網落單好方便。

Delivery was surprisingly fast. The design is quite clean and modern for a window unit, which is a plus. The LED display is clear and not too bright at night. Cools my small living room very effectively.

Cooling is powerful and the unit is surprisingly quiet for a 2HP model. Just be aware that the unit is quite deep (800mm), so double-check your installation space before buying.

Bought this for my parents. The remote control is simple and user-friendly. Cooling power is strong. The LED display is a bit bright, but thankfully it can be switched off.
