The cooling performance is solid, no complaints there. However, connecting it to the Wi-Fi was a bit of a hassle, took me 20 minutes. Not sure if the nanoe air purification is a gimmick, but the air does feel a little fresher. It's okay for the price.

The Wi-Fi control via the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app is the main reason I bought this. The UI is clean and responsive. I can schedule it to turn on/off, which is great for energy saving. The inverter is super quiet, perfect for my small apartment.

Delivery from BBE was on time. I bought this for the cooling and heating function. It worked surprisingly well during the cold snap last month. A bit pricey, but having a warm room in winter is worth it.

Disappointed with the 'Quiet Mode'. It's not quiet at all. The outdoor unit's compressor is quite audible when it kicks in, which is disruptive at night. Would not recommend it for light sleepers.
