HITACHI 日立Washing Machine

The anti-allergy certification was the main reason I bought this model for my kids' clothes. The automatic drum clean feature is brilliant, it gives me peace of mind knowing the machine stays hygienic without me having to run extra cycles manually. Packaging was secure, arrived without a scratch. Highly recommend for families with sensitive skin!

We were worried about fitting it under the counter as the standard 850mm was too high. The option to switch to the thin top board (820mm) saved my kitchen layout! Had to call CS to confirm the installation fee for this adjustment, they were super responsive and clear. Great feature for HK flats.

The machine itself is excellent, very stable even on max spin speed—the suspension tech is legit. However, installation scheduling was a nightmare. The installer appointment was delayed twice, added three days to the wait. Product five stars, logistics one star, so averaging to three.

Delivery was on time. The washing function is fine, but the 'Air Jet' drying is a bit of a gimmick. It just spins faster, clothes are still quite damp. Don't expect it to replace a real dryer. It's an okay machine for the price.

Decent washer for Hong Kong flats! The 3-meter cord reached the socket easily without extension. Air Jet mode takes the edge off humid days ✨. Minor minus is 760 rpm is slightly slower than front loaders, but it does the job.

Great experience with BBE customer service. The high and low drain compatibility made installation completely hassle-free. Also, the Air Jet function really helps clothes dry much faster indoors during humid Hong Kong weather.

買之前打去問清楚啲節能資料，個salesperson好有禮貌。呢部機有晒一級能源同用水標籤，長遠計電費水費都慳唔少，真正高CP值。8kg夠我兩老用晒啲床單被鋪，好實用。

The BBE salesperson was very helpful answering my questions about the plumbing requirements. The machine's Smart Wash is great, saves water and the clothes come out very clean. A solid choice for a first home. 😊

Perfect for my small apartment. The auto-balancing system works wonders; it's surprisingly quiet during the spin cycle. I can run it at night without disturbing anyone. The 7kg size is just right for one person.

Installed easily thanks to the multi-directional drainage. The Smart Wash sensor saves water properly. Spin cycle isn't loud at all, even at night. BBE CS was very responsive when arranging the delivery date.
