HITACHI 日立Front Loaded Washers

The anti-allergy certification was the main reason I bought this model for my kids' clothes. The automatic drum clean feature is brilliant, it gives me peace of mind knowing the machine stays hygienic without me having to run extra cycles manually. Packaging was secure, arrived without a scratch. Highly recommend for families with sensitive skin!

We were worried about fitting it under the counter as the standard 850mm was too high. The option to switch to the thin top board (820mm) saved my kitchen layout! Had to call CS to confirm the installation fee for this adjustment, they were super responsive and clear. Great feature for HK flats.

The machine itself is excellent, very stable even on max spin speed—the suspension tech is legit. However, installation scheduling was a nightmare. The installer appointment was delayed twice, added three days to the wait. Product five stars, logistics one star, so averaging to three.

買之前打去問清楚啲節能資料，個salesperson好有禮貌。呢部機有晒一級能源同用水標籤，長遠計電費水費都慳唔少，真正高CP值。8kg夠我兩老用晒啲床單被鋪，好實用。

I like my new washing machine now that I am getting used to it. At first I was unsure because all the programmes seemed to be much longer than I expected.

The design is sleek, the silver grey vibe is fire! 1400 rpm spin means my clothes come out super dry. Delivery was right on time. 🔥

Love the huge drum diameter! Sheets and duvet covers wash so much better and don't tangle up like my old machine. Big upgrade. ✨

This washing machine is perfect for renovation, it is convenient and easy to use. The price is not expensive, very worth buying!

送貨超快，第二日就到。呢部機真係好靜，夜晚洗衫都唔怕嘈到隔離屋，靜音performance 💯!

The washing machine is quiet and stable, and it can also save on water and electricity costs.
