The Mi Home app is so convenient, I can start the wash from my office. 32 programs 咩衫都洗到。BBE delivery was very professional, help me to install everything properly. Overall very satisfied with the service.

The washing function is excellent, clothes come out very clean. The drying function is just okay, takes quite long for a full load and clothes are a bit damp. Still, convenient for emergencies.
