Excellent performance for a 1.5HP window unit. The ZEN Inverter keeps the temperature very stable and it's much quieter than non-inverter models. The R32 refrigerant and Grade 1 energy label were the key selling points for me. Cools my 150 sq ft room in minutes.

The 6th Sense auto mode is surprisingly accurate, I barely have to touch the remote. The timer function is also a lifesaver for Hong Kong's hot weather. BBE's website was very user-friendly too.
