Cooling performance is strong, no complaints there. But the remote control feels very flimsy and cheap. Also, the fan-only mode is surprisingly weak even on the highest setting. It's okay, but not perfect.

The Wi-Fi control is a game changer. I can turn it on 15 mins before I get home. The G-Panel design looks much more modern than other window units. BBE delivery and installation were scheduled smoothly.
