The cooling performance is great, and the AEROWINGS feature distributes air evenly. However, the remote control feels a bit plasticky and the UI isn't the most intuitive. For the price, it's a solid 4-star product.

The AEROWINGS feature is quite effective, spreads the cool air evenly without blowing directly on me. The indoor unit looks sleek. The remote is a bit basic, but user-friendly enough. Solid machine for the price.

The cooling performance is decent for a 2.5HP unit. However, a 3-grade energy label is a bit concerning for a fixed-frequency model. Waiting to see my next electricity bill. It's a get-what-you-pay-for situation.

Really impressed with the performance. The inverter control is very stable, no more sudden chills. Being Grade 1 energy efficient is a huge plus for my electricity bill. BBE delivery was next-day. Great service.
