Bought this for my small shop in Mong Kok. The 2HP cooling power is more than enough, even during the hottest days. The dehumidify function is also a great bonus for humid weather. The remote control design is a bit dated, but it works fine.

It's a fixed-frequency model, so the compressor sound is noticeable when it kicks in, unlike an inverter. However, the 18700 BTU cooling power is very strong and effective. A solid, no-frills machine for the price.
