Cooking

BBE CS was very helpful confirming the cutout size before I ordered. Delivery was prompt. Love that it uses a standard 13A plug so no need for rewiring. The combination of induction and ceramic zones is incredibly useful for different cookware.

I love being able to control the left and right motors independently. The 1150 airflow is powerful enough for serious Asian cooking. BBE customer service was also very responsive when I asked about installation dimensions beforehand.

The slider controls are very responsive and intuitive. Took some time to install because of the 250mm heat dissipation requirement under the cabinet, but performance is solid. The timer function is great for slow cooking soup.

Really impressed by the independent dual motor control since I mostly use one wok. The electric degrease function cleans off grease efficiently after heavy cooking. CS was prompt in arranging the installation date too.

Fast delivery and polite installation service. The 2800W power heats up really fast, which is perfect for cooking quick dinners after work. The double hob design is very neat and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Delivery was quick. The heat control is surprisingly precise for a budget-friendly induction cooker. Doing stir-fry on one side and soup on the other works perfectly. 3 years warranty is a great bonus. 😊

The 60-second delay-off timer is handy to clear lingering smoke after cooking. Build quality is solid. Only slight downside is the highest speed is a bit noisy, but manageable given the high suction power.
