Replaced my old gas hob. Main reason was for safety and the child lock feature is a must-have. So much easier to clean. BBE's customer service was helpful with my questions about the 13A plug. Solid choice.

CS was helpful with my pre-purchase questions on power requirements. The 7100W total output is decent and the 9-level control is precise enough for most dishes. Heats up much faster than my old one.

The 2800W right hob is powerful enough for stir-frying, but the 1200W left one is only good for simmering. It's a decent hob for the price, but don't expect professional-grade performance.
