BBE CS was very helpful confirming the cutout size before I ordered. Delivery was prompt. Love that it uses a standard 13A plug so no need for rewiring. The combination of induction and ceramic zones is incredibly useful for different cookware.

The slider controls are very responsive and intuitive. Took some time to install because of the 250mm heat dissipation requirement under the cabinet, but performance is solid. The timer function is great for slow cooking soup.

The delivery was delayed by two days. While the 2800W heating is fast, the glass surface scratches quite easily. You have to be very careful with your pots. Just average.

Fits my kitchen counter perfectly. However, the cooling fan is slightly louder than expected when both hobs are active. Still, great value with the 3-year warranty.
