Fantastic flame control. The 0.5kW simmer is a game changer for my slow-cooked broths, which my old hob always burned. The powerful 5.0kW is great for getting that perfect sear. A really solid hob for serious home cooks.

The flame control is excellent. The 5.0kW is powerful, and the 0.5kW simmer is perfect for stews. My only complaint is the D-cell batteries for ignition seem to drain quite quickly. Had to replace them after 4 months.
