Bought this Domino hob to pair with an induction one for my new kitchen. The combination is perfect. This gas hob provides the high heat needed for wok cooking. Delivery and installation coordination by BBE was very smooth.

BBE sales was helpful answering my questions. The flame control is very precise, great for both high-heat stir-frying and low-heat simmering. The Domino design is super flexible for my kitchen layout.

Excellent control with the dual-ring burner. I can simmer soup on the inner ring and get a powerful sear using both. The build quality (Made in Spain) is solid. BBE delivery was prompt as usual.

換咗屋企個舊爐，呢個打火快好多，火力好穩定。細火煲湯唔會滾瀉，大火炒餸夠鑊氣，煮嘢食開心好多。西門子有兩年保養，用得好放心。👍

Upgraded to this from an old stove. The tempered glass is so much easier to wipe clean compared to my previous stainless steel one. The flame is also much more stable. A worthy investment.

The 2.8kW burner is great, but the 1.9kW one is a bit weak for my liking, takes a while just to boil water. Expected more from an iQ700 series product. It's just okay.

CS好幫得手，買之前問清楚開孔尺寸。個爐最好係個鑄鐵架可以放入洗碗機，清潔方便好多，唔使自己慢慢刷。火力都好滿意。
